Sieve drawer or shaft screener

How do I choose the right equipment?

There's a perfect tool for every job, a piece of equipment that increases efficiency by cutting costs and downtime. To choose the right machine unit, you need to know the type of work to be done, the type of material to be processed and the size of the finished material. Let's compare two MB Crusher units for working with different material types.

Sand

When digging trenches, high production volumes are required, and for this our MB-HDS shafts screener is an excellent choice.

An example of this is an excavation project in the USA where a trench had to be filled without spreading too much of the material.

A company in Spain needed to clear rubbish from a sandy beach, and the MB-S screen bucket was the best choice. By choosing the right sieve size, they cleaned out the sand, while the rubbish remained in the sieve bucket's basket.

Soil

In the example, MB Curhser is working with topsoil in Hungary. At both sites, the job required fine, clean material.

The first job was at the Bozsik football stadium. Here, the excavated soil was dry, but contained a lot of rock. MB Crusher therefore used the MB-S screening bucket with 10 x 10 mm size on the screening plates.

At the second site, the soil in the trench was wet and had mud lumps. Here, the MB-HDS shaft screener with star disc was the ideal option. The RQ unit was able to work and break down the wet and compact material.

Inert material

Let's look at demolition materials and natural stone, both machine units can handle this without any problems.

In this example, MB Crusher is working at a railway facility in the Czech Republic. Here, an MB-S drum screener is working to separate fine material from coarse, so that the material is sorted by size. In other words: Material that is ready for use

In Germany, an MB-HDS shafts screener was used to separate demolition material. They chose this unit because they needed fast completion and high production volumes.
