Levelling drawers for loaders

SMP's levelling buckets are designed for precision work with wheel loaders. With a long service life and solid construction, they can withstand tough working conditions and are suitable for all types of levelling work. The stable and even design makes the levelling buckets easy to manoeuvre, even on demanding surfaces.

We supply two main models:

• Standard model - suitable for most tasks and ground conditions.
• Heavy Duty model - made in thicker materials for use with heavier machines.

Both models are manufactured in durable Hardox steel for extra strength. SMP can also customise each wheel loader grading bucket according to the customer's wishes and needs.

Standard

Standard grading buckets are designed for precision work with wheel loaders in the 4-20 tonne weight class. They combine durability and robust design, and are easy to manoeuvre in all types of grading applications. All models can be equipped with a snow collar for increased volume, which is practical for snow clearance.

• Base plate: T=10 + hard plate steel (standard)
• Optional: Base plate T=15 Hardox 450 without hard plate steel

Heavy Duty

Heavy Duty grading buckets are designed for precision work with wheel loaders in the 11-31 tonne weight class. A long service life and robust construction make them ideal for all types of levelling work with heavier machines. The Heavy Duty levelling bucket has a long, smooth underside in high-quality steel. It has strong side cutters and a high straight back edge. The smooth and sturdy design makes this bucket easy to manoeuvre and use. SMP can customise buckets based on the standard models and customers' wishes and needs. All models can be equipped with a snow collar. This increases the volume of the bucket, which can be useful when clearing snow.
