How versatile is your backhoe loader, wheel loader or compact loader?

Now you can not only dig, load, sort, clear, dose and lift, but also crush and sift with your backhoe loader, wheel loader or compact loader - how? By attaching an MB Crusher to your machine.

How do you save?

  • No more spending on shipping
  • Eliminate the need for storage and filling costs.
  • Cheaper operation. One person alone can get all the crushing done in a matter of minutes.

Produce your own masses

Without MB Crusher: This Manitou backhoe loader was used to load river stone onto a lorry to be transported to a crushing plant to be crushed down to a base layer. This resulted in high freight costs.

With MB Crusher: By attaching a MB - L160 to their loader, they eliminated the need for transport. The river stone was crushed on site and thanks to an MB jaw crusher that offers all desirable sizes on site, it was crushed down to a size of 30 - 40 mm for base course for road surfaces, and to 20 mm in preparation for concrete.

They have now acquired huge profit margins!

50% saved on acquisition costs

Without MB Crusher: A JCB 4CX backhoe loader was chosen for the demolition of a building. It was a costly process to move the waste to a landfill, as well as having to buy aggregates to get the job done.

With MB Crusher: By utilising a MB-L200 they were able to process all the reinforced concrete on site. By reusing the processed material as infill for the new development, they saved up to 50% of the cost of infill material. With a MB Crusher, In addition, you can reach the most difficult places since they come attached to the wheel loader. This way you can reach the most inaccessible places, even those with difficult access to conventional crushing equipment.

They now have more funds available.

Transformer excavation material

Without MB Crusher: A Bobcat mini excavator was digging up gravel and rock. The excavated material, such as it was, represented waste that was going to cost a lot to get rid of. So they decided to make use of the material.

With MB Crusher: A Bobcat S770 was deployed on site as a compact, efficient and affordable recycling station. They attached on a MB Crusher MB-L160 jaw crusher, and by backfilling using a compact excavator, they created a cost-effective and mobile recycling station.

They now have a mobile recycling centre.
