Entrack AS has entered into an agreement to acquire the shares in H&H Maskin AS.
H&H Maskin AS will eventually become part of Entrack AS.
H&H Maskin AS imports and sells products such as Kramer, Yanmar and NPK.
This fits well with Entrack AS's existing product portfolio.
With the acquisition of H&H Maskin, Entrack AS will gain a better foothold in Viken with
sales of wear parts and equipment. "We are very pleased to become part of Entrack with a nationwide sales organisation. and service apparatus," says Tom Erik Huuse, General Manager of H&H Maskin.
