Portable hydraulic belt presses
Our ITR TOPR100M and TOPR100E hydraulic track presses are designed and manufactured to remove and install tracks on construction and agricultural machinery. The complete equipment consists of a portable hydraulic press (TOPR100) and a drive unit in the form of a manual pump (TOPR100M) or an electric pump (TOPR100E). On request, we can also supply a range of tools specifically designed for the type of belts to be repaired.
TOPR100M manual pump
Two-stage manual pump with automatic switching from first to second stage. It is equipped with a maximum pressure valve for adjusting the pressure and with a four-way manual regulation with 3-position lever and air pressure gauge. Each kit comes with two high-pressure hoses for connection to the hydraulic portable press and two quick couplings for connecting the hoses. The part number of the portable hydraulic press with hand pump is TOPR100M.
TOPR100E electric pump
Two-stage electric pump with automatic switching from first to second stage. It is equipped with a four-way manual control with 3-position lever and air pressure gauge, an inner safety valve calibrated for maximum operating pressure and an outer adjustable valve for all intermediate pressures, depending on requirements. The electric pump can operate in continuous or intermittent cycle as required.
Each kit comes with two high-pressure hoses for connection to the hydraulic portable press and two quick couplings for connecting the hoses. The part number of the portable hydraulic press with electric pump is TOPR100E.
1 TOPC100 hydraulic piston set
This equipment consists of a double-acting cylinder with a stroke of 350 mm, which makes it possible to dismantle and reassemble the belts without interruption. The piston head is designed to be attached to the C-shaped holder. At the end of the rod there is a quick coupling for fast tool change.
2 TOSC100 C-shaped holder
This equipment consists of a C-shaped holder, two threaded rods, two nuts, four connecting bolts, eight split pins, a collection box for bolts and a movable protective screen. The design of the C-shaped holder allows the bolts to be extracted and inserted quickly and safely in all operating conditions.
