Anti-slip protection
Good slip protection is essential to ensure safe operation on slippery surfaces. It's a simple and affordable way to avoid damage to machinery, rollovers and other serious incidents.
ISYON slip guard
ISYON SKLISKYDD is an effective solution for anti-slip protection. This can easily be fitted to most tracked machines that have 3-chamber steel belts. ISYON is cut from a solid HARDOX steel plate and is both robust and easy to install and remove. Before ordering, you must measure the thickness of the belt plate. We have ISYON in stock for 10 mm/600 mm track pads, but we can supply all thicknesses and widths. The set consists of 8 pieces, and it is recommended to use 2 sets per machine, i.e. 1 set (8 pieces) per belt.
ATTENTION! Belt plates that are bent must be straightened before ISYON can be installed.
Ice spikes for excavators
For better grip and stability on icy and slippery surfaces, we recommend ISPIGS FOR EXCAVATORS. These replace plate bolts and provide an easy way to improve grip on such surfaces. For easier installation, ice picks can also be mounted on track pads that have extra holes along the edge intended for rubber pads. We recommend using 2 ice spikes on approximately every 4th track plate. A set of 50 is usually sufficient for most machine sizes. We offer the ice spikes in 3 different dimensions: M14, 5/8 (16 mm) and M20. All sizes are supplied with nuts included.
For rubber belts, we recommend using screw spikes that you can buy in our store.
