3 reasons to switch to MB Crusher screening bucket

Work six times faster
Produce quality material ready to use and sell
Finish faster

The challenge

Traditional screen bucket = 30 m3/h
MB-S sieve trays = 60 m3/h

With a MB-S unit, you can double your production rate!

See the difference for yourself in this short video!

What else can a sieve drawer be used for?

Reduce crushing time

When one of MB's customers wanted to avoid clogging up their crusher with large chunks of limestone from previous excavation, they bought a MB-S18 sieve drawer. With the screening bucket, they could switch between separating the smaller material from the large stones, and then use the crusher to reduce the limestone down to the desired size for further sale.

By using the screening bucket both before and after crushing the limestone, they reduced the time it took to crush with at least 60%. They also reduced the amount of downtime by not having any material that could clog up their crusher.

Recycle demolition waste

Another customer wanted to produce their own backfill for their project by recycling demolition waste. In order to separate the larger pieces of waste, while mixing it with soil, they purchased a MB-S18 sieve drawer.

With this device, they were able to successfully mix the two materials and reuse it as backfill. They also eliminated the need to buy material for backfill, as well as saving on the cost of what it would have cost to transport it.
