Entrack AS recently completed a tour of Salten, West Lofoten, Lofoten, Vesterålen and Harstad.
We visited randomly selected customers. We looked at Kobelco SK75, SK130, SK140, SK270 and SK300.
Kobelco Europe was represented by Emiel Hekking. He inspected the machines and, not least, the machine operators were interviewed. Their feedback is sent to the factories in Japan. This is part of the process of constantly improving the machines.
We also made a number of minor adjustments to customise the machine to the individual's wishes and driving style.
We pride ourselves on selling quality machines where the manufacturer cares about our customers, big and small.
