Bolt-on
Bolt-on provides a seamless fit on existing steel belt shoes, matching the size and using strategically placed holes for precision. These plates are securely fastened using threaded bolts on the back, and bolt into existing holes in the steel belts. These are durable and cost-effective, but require more time for installation compared to the clip-on version. For that reason, this is the ideal choice for long-term or surface-sensitive projects. Bolt-on plates ensure a solid foundation and maintain an even wear pattern with their tight fit.
Clip-on
Clip-on fits steel track shoes without mounting holes, and utilises side brackets for quick installation, significantly reducing installation time. These cleats transform machines into rubber tyred vehicles, providing cushioning and surface protection. They mould seamlessly to steel profiles, resist movement and dirt accumulation, and offer fast, bolt-free installation, ideal for ephemeral or surface-sensitive areas, and enable quick conversion for damage-free use on finished surfaces.
