REQUIREMENTS FOR ETHICS AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY CODE OF CONDUCT FOR SUPPLIERS

Form

Entrack AS wants to work with partners who share our values: trust, co-operation and responsibility,
ambitions and ethics.
This document explains what Entrack expects from its business partners, such as suppliers,
distributors, customers and retailers when it comes to ethics and social responsibility.
By signing this agreement, our suppliers will undertake to comply with applicable legislation,
and share Entrack's commitment and focus on ethics, human rights, labour rights, the environment and
anti-corruption.

Ethics
Entrack distances itself from corruption, discrimination, abuse of position, illegal business behaviour
and other actions in violation of law or good business practice. We also expect our suppliers to
complies with this throughout its operations.
Employees of Entrack are subject to a code of conduct that states that gifts or benefits of a personal nature
not be accepted from suppliers or others that may affect business relationships with Entrack.
Representation shall be in accordance with normal practice and shall not be of such a nature that it may influence a
decision-making process or damage reputation. Employees of Entrack may not participate in decisions where their impartiality
may be called into question. Entrack expects our suppliers to respect and contribute to compliance with this.

Human rights
Entrack expects its suppliers and business partners to:
1. Support and respect the protection of internationally recognised human rights.
2. Ensure that you are not complicit in human rights abuses.
3. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in own operations and further in the supply chain.

Discrimination and equality
Entrack expects its suppliers and business partners to:
1. Treat people with respect and integrity.
2. Work actively to avoid direct or indirect discrimination based on gender, pregnancy,
maternity or adoption leave, caring responsibilities, ethnicity, religion, beliefs,
disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and age.
3. Show zero tolerance for any form of harassment and act actively if such is observed.

Privacy and data security
Entrack expects its suppliers and business partners to:
1. Safeguard privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Act/GDPR and process all confidential information
information in an ethically sound manner and at all times within the agreed framework and applicable
regulations.
2. Ensure procedures and systems are in place to safeguard privacy and business data to protect
personal data and other sensitive information against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or
Destruction.
3. Report deviations and suspected deviations to the relevant supervisory authorities.

Employee rights
Entrack expects its suppliers and business partners to:
1. Provide its employees with a healthy and safe working environment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Comply with the freedom of association and the effective recognised right to collective bargaining.
3. Ensure that everyone who works for the company has wages and working conditions in line with applicable tariffs and agreements.

Environment and climate
Entrack expects its suppliers and business partners to:
1. Comply with all applicable environmental legislation.
2. Follows the precautionary principle regarding environmental challenges by having effective procedures to minimise
negative effects on nature and the environment throughout the value chain, promote sustainable resource use and
minimise greenhouse gas emissions.
3. Take initiatives to promote increased environmental responsibility, encouraging development and use
of environmentally friendly technology and products and services.

Anti-corruption, money laundering and whistleblowing
Entrack expects its suppliers and business partners to:
1. Oppose all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery.
2. Rejects all forms of money laundering and shall establish measures to prevent the organisation's
financial transactions are used for money laundering, comply with applicable tax rules and do not contribute to
tax evasion.
3. Obligation to have routines for reporting unacceptable conditions in connection with the performance of the contract
and that the procedures are available and known. The whistleblowing procedures must be utilised by the supplier's
employees, including contractors and subcontractors. The person who reports
misconduct, shall be protected against retaliation.
