Read the following terms and conditions to participate in the competition
The jury is Entrack's marketing department. The jury's decision cannot be appealed.
- You agree to the terms and conditions of this competition when you tag your photo with #entrack
Entrack will inform and at the same time announce the winners by publishing the winning entries and the name of the winners on our own marketing channels such as Instagram and Facebook. As a winner, you must provide your postal address within 7 days to Entrack to receive the prize. - Remember that your Instagram profile must be public during the competition. If you have a hidden profile, it will not be possible for the jury to see your entry.
- By entering the competition, you also warrant that you have taken the image yourself and any other rights associated with the image do not infringe the rights of any other person or any other conflict of interest of any other person.
- Entrack AS reserves the right to use published images and descriptions in marketing and communication activities. Examples of this include Entrack's Facebook page and Instagram profile.
- Entrack AS is in no way responsible for any claims related to an image published on Instagram for the purpose of participating in this competition. Participants are responsible for any claims arising from the use of the image.
- Entrack AS reserves the right to exclude and remove entries from the competition without notifying the owner if an entry is deemed to be illegal, offensive or otherwise ethically or morally inappropriate, or in violation of Entrack's policies.
- All participants must respect Instagram's general terms and conditions.
- All participants must respect Covid-19 restrictions in their area.
